Job Description:

1. Achievement of New Business targets
2. Achievement of Renewal Business targets
3. Recruit Sales Personnel as per given module
4. Monitoring the sales practices of the sales personnel
5. Identification of training requirements for sales personnel
6. Develop and retain the sales personnel for continued excellence
7. Effective Pre & Post sales service to customers to ensure no/ minimal customer
grievance
8. Create satisfied customer base

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification - Graduation in any stream
2. Minimum 1 year of experience ( Insurance / financial/ pharmaceutical/ retail
Industry)
3. Basic Computer Knowledge
4. Marketing Skills
5. Open to travelling Pan India
